Tony brings a strong sense of leadership, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for connecting with people to his new role. Outside of work, Tony enjoys a wide range of interests. He’s an avid coin collector and a frequent traveler. At home, he shares life with his two beloved dogs, Jeni Bear, a pug, and Chica, a chihuahua, who keep him on his toes and close to his love for animals. A true crime enthusiast, Tony draws inspiration from the renowned author Ann Rule, and never misses an opportunity to dive into a gripping book. He’s also a lifelong fan of classic rock ’n’ roll. Known for his outgoing personality, Tony thrives on building relationships and staying active, especially through his favorite sport: volleyball. His favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, which he cherishes for the time it allows him to spend with family.

Linda Whitener
Assistant Manager

A proud member of the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians, Linda joined Soboba Roadrunner Express at its launch in February 2023 and quickly became its cornerstone. Starting as a supervisor, she now serves as the store’s assistant manager, known lovingly as the store's “mom” for her compassionate leadership and team-first mindset.

In her time at Roadrunner Express, Linda has not only improved operations but redefined what a Tribal c-store can be. She implemented innovative cash handling and inventory systems, crafted a food menu rooted in Soboba culture, and mentored young Tribal employees through their first work experiences—instilling pride, discipline, and a sense of purpose.

Ruby Arrietta

Ruby enjoys spending quality time with her family, who inspire her daily to strive for growth and excellence. She’s also passionate about bike riding, listening to country music, and celebrating her favorite holiday — Christmas. At home, she shares her space with her beloved cat, Penelope. Though Ruby describes herself as an introvert, her quiet determination and deep passion for her work shines through in all she does.
